It does not identify a final Capital amount, Commencement Date, Maturity Date, completed Capital Provider details or investment-specific selections. Those details are completed privately before execution.
What you should review carefully
- The fixed 12-month term.
- The 20% / 80% division of actual Net Profit.
- The possibility of losing some or all Capital through ordinary commercial loss.
- The opportunity universe and prohibited use.
- The early-cancellation forfeiture and one-Business-Month reconciliation period.
- The limits of attorney trust administration.
