External Sharīʿah Reviewer

Shaykh Ebrahim Charles

Islamic scholar engaged independently for review of the standard qirāḍ structure and material structures or variations where reasonably required. He does not make the commercial decision, manage Capital or guarantee performance.

External review · Independent judgment · No profit guarantee

Approved professional headshots should replace the branded monograms before a final public launch.

Governance architecture

No material deployment by one person acting alone.

The legal and commercial functions are separated by role, while material deployment requires approval by both Muḍārib partners.

01

Documented mandate

The agreement defines the opportunity categories, permitted direct expenses, prohibited use, reporting and cancellation consequences.

02

Dual partner approval

Material deployment, changes in risk or use, material related-party transactions, profit declarations and early termination require both partners’ approval.

03

Independent review where required

The standard qirāḍ structure and material variations are submitted for external Sharīʿah review where reasonably required.
