Who processes the information
Qirad Group and Isaacs Attorneys process preliminary enquiry information for the purposes described below. The enquiry is delivered to info@qirad.co.za through a first-party form handler hosted on qirad.co.za.
Information collected
The forms may collect your name, email address, telephone number, preferred contact method, broad contemplated contribution range and your message. They do not request an identity document, bank statement, account number or source-of-funds evidence.
Purpose
- Responding to your enquiry and arranging a private briefing.
- Providing non-sensitive documents and opportunity information.
- Managing security, spam prevention and enquiry references.
- Establishing whether further private onboarding may be appropriate.
Lawful basis and consent
Information is processed to take steps at your request, pursue legitimate professional and security purposes, and comply with legal obligations. The form also requires your acknowledgement of this notice.
Sharing
Information may be shared with Qirad Group’s authorised partners, Isaacs Attorneys personnel and professional or technical service providers where necessary and lawful. It may also be disclosed where required by law. Preliminary enquiry information is not sold.
Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive preliminary enquiries are ordinarily deleted or anonymised after 12 months, unless a longer period is reasonably required for legal, security or record-keeping purposes. If an attorney-client or Capital Provider relationship begins, the applicable professional and statutory retention periods apply.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction or deletion where legally available, object to certain processing, or withdraw consent for optional contact. These rights may be limited by legal and professional record-keeping duties.
Security and sensitive information
Do not send identity documents, bank statements, passwords, PINs or trust-account instructions through the public form. Private FICA and transaction documents are requested separately through controlled channels.
