Yes. Ordinary commercial loss is borne by the Capital Provider and may reduce or exhaust Capital. Qirad Group is liable only for proven fault of the kind stated in the agreement.
The Muḍārib supplies the opportunity sourcing, legal and qirāḍ structuring, commercial due diligence, negotiation, deployment controls, monitoring, reporting, recovery and exit management. Qirad Group receives no profit share where no Net Profit is realised.
The current mandate includes South African residential and commercial property, Chemtec processes, medical supplies, lawful government procurement opportunities and partnerships with halal businesses. Actual deployment depends on available approved opportunities.
No. The Isaacs Attorneys trust account is a temporary holding and controlled distribution mechanism. It is not investment insurance and does not guarantee Capital, profit or Fidelity Fund compensation.
You must submit a valid signed Cancellation Note. All profit attributable to the Capital is forfeited. The remaining amount due is paid within one Business Month after lawful losses, liabilities, permitted expenses and final reconciliation.
Yes. The standard agreement provides for written reporting at least quarterly, distribution statements where a distribution is made and a final account on maturity or termination.
No. Independent Sharīʿah review concerns the structure where reasonably required. The external reviewer does not make commercial decisions, manage Capital or guarantee performance.
